The agreement between you and the provider of ClusterFit when you create an account and use the app.
ClusterFit is provided by [to be confirmed: name of the provider of ClusterFit], [to be confirmed: postal address] (registration: [to be confirmed: Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number]). By creating an account or using ClusterFit you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use ClusterFit.
The Training & Safety Disclaimer is part of these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
ClusterFit lets you log workouts, create workout plans, follow training programs, plan your week, get local reminders, prepare for and record the Military entry assessment for your cluster, and follow your progress and badges.
ClusterFit is currently free of charge. We may change, add or remove features. If we ever introduce paid features, we will tell you in advance and you will never be charged without agreeing to it.
ClusterFit is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of the Dutch Ministry of Defence (Ministerie van Defensie) or the Netherlands Armed Forces. Names such as Defensie and the cluster numbers are only used to describe what ClusterFit helps you prepare for.
The requirements in ClusterFit are based on publicly available information and may differ from, or lag behind, the official requirements. The official information and instructions from Defensie always prevail.
ClusterFit gives general training information, not medical advice. Read the Training & Safety Disclaimer before you train. You decide how hard you train and are responsible for staying within your own limits.

What you enter remains yours. You allow us to store and process it only to provide ClusterFit to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The app, its programs, exercise guidance, texts and design belong to [to be confirmed: name of the provider of ClusterFit] or its licensors. You may use them for your own, non-commercial training.
We do our best to keep ClusterFit available and correct, but we cannot guarantee that it will always work without interruption or errors, or that calculations, requirements and guidance are always complete and up to date.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, for injury or health problems resulting from training you choose to do, or for not passing an assessment or not being selected.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, and nothing affects your mandatory rights as a consumer.
You can stop at any time by deleting your account under Profile > Account settings, or on the web at https://api.clusterfit.app/account/delete?lang=en. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms; where reasonable we will warn you first.
We may update these terms, for example when ClusterFit changes. We publish the current version here and provide any advance notice the law or our agreement requires. If you do not agree with an update, you can delete your account.
